Our Story

The company arose out of a desire to help in the diversification of the country’s economy through the solid mineral sector which has great economic potential for the country.

According to the solid mineral sector, over fifty solid minerals has been found in different parts of Nigeria to date.

1. Mineral Exploration Service

We offer mineral exploration service which involves the identification of mineral rich areas using advanced geological, geophysical and geochemical techniques to assess deposits’ presence and concentration.

3. Mineral Processing Service

We transform mineral rich earth into high quality market-ready products through crushing, grinding, smelting and chemical processing.
We process the produce of our mines and those of mining companies who partner with us.
We process minerals to enhance their quality and marketability.

4. Global Sales Service

We sell the products from our mines and those of our partners to customers all over the world. We have access to 45+ solid minerals found in Nigeria through local partnerships.

2. Mineral Mining Service

We utilize efficient and sustainable methods to remove valuable minerals from the earth in our mining operations. Presently we have 2 mines located in Nasarawa State in the North Central Zone of Nigeria but only one is presently in operation.

Koko Mine

This mine is being presently operated as a surface mine. It covers an area of 5.6 Km2. This location has mixed mineral deposits.

Sustainability & Ethics

We enforce strict safety protocols and regular training to protect workers and communities from mining related health risks.
We develop and implement strategic actions to minimize ecological damage namely; land reclamation, rehabilitation, water management. and emission control.
Our environmental management system includes early alert systems involving community members and workers.
We comply with global environmental safety regulations in all company operations

We communicate and engage all major stakeholders because we are committed to operating in a responsible and sustaining manner.
That is why we have obtained all necessary operating licenses and permits from the Federal and State Governments.
That is also why we have signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) of Community Development Agreement (CDA) with our mining communities.
We partner with our mining community and government security agencies to maintain appropriate security in all our mines & operations.
All these actions and policies ensure that our operational activities are environmentally safe, friendly, secure and beneficial to all stakeholders and therefore sustainable.
